James Loo Jing Qian = Slacker!

Guys, rememeber that! XD
Anyway, when i left home today, it was like raining heavily with flashes and thunders.
"Crap...too early -.-"
Hahaha, it was only like 2.15, i thought it will end like around 3, but HAHAHA, IT DID NOT!
WOOOO HOOOO, it FINALLY rained during training! Once i reached school, i could see trackers cheering cos NO 1200m x 2 TODAY!

"BOOM!"
"Awww, it's raining, we can't run today....so sad! =)"

But, nothing, and i mean NOTHING could stop Teo from torturing us..
We did 2 sets of bear-walking, one legged high knee + Arm swing walking -.-
After that, more one legged high knee and more Arm swing walk + wheel-barrow..

After those exercise, Teo doesn't know what to do! Ahahaha, oh..and he said:
"Looks like we can run our 3 rounds soon ah!"

Just right after he said that, it being to rain heavier, with more booms and bangs!
HAHAHA, god has finally answered our prayers!

We headed for the chin-ups bar to do some Chin-ups cycling relays...
10 mins, split among 5 people, so each person do 2 mins each!
Wah, do until abs and groin aching like siao, hands damm nua...

Just as we thought training's gonna end, he suddenly have this idea to let us run 2.4km!

WTH!!!!!!!!
Below 9 mins somemore!!!

At first we thought he was only joking, but after awhile, he seemed like he's serious..
Oh shit. We tried bribing him by suggesting that we all follow him to Chong Pang to drink sugar cane if he cancelled the workout! Haha, it was a great deal, but he don't want -.-

The jumpers ended early today, den we saw Meng Xuan approaching us..
We quickly shouted " Eh! Go Chong Pang drink sugar cane! "
HAHA, den he was like blur blur and replied "Huh? when?"
Then we said "Now now now, zao zao! pack up!" LOL...HAHA, damm funny

It's a matter of time we run. Anyway, Teo cut it down to 4 laps instead of 6..
I was like following them all the way until the last round, when Dom and Yunli started to kick, and i just slack behind XD

Though we didn't meet his expectations, but at least we ran quite fast!
Hahaha, oh poor Teng broke his fingernails during the wheel-barrow while my finger bleed for no reason -.-

Mon's training was horrendous. For our 20x100m, the first 5 runs are not counted! WAH
At number 4, he shouted "restart!" because of james, who blocked me during that run and cause me to run a 18.6 -.- At number 5, he shouted restart again because somebody was too slow...
Sigh...Hahaha, but we ended up running 24! We conned him of 1 run XD
He was like "you sure it's 25 run? it's only 21 min."
We were like insisting that we ran 25, so he gave up and let us rest ^^

Anyway, halfway through the training, Nature called, I had stomach ache -.-
When I come back, i saw the whole team sitting down relaxing while Teng, with Teo, is talking to GKY.
HAHA, Teng was caught in the middle when Teo was complaining to Mr GKY about the inconsiderate people blocking us on the track. Wah, i so heng. If im there, he sure call me one XD
At first Teo was talking to Mr GKY,then suddenly he was like "Kenneth,come here!".
Haha, he kena Sabo......Everyone was like sitting and slacking,and he's standing,listening to them.

Anyway, Teo's right la, but who dare to de zui Mr Goh?
Can see that GKY wanted to end the chat by saying " I'll tell the other coaches "
Hahaha, but Teo keeps ranting on and on~~~LOL

After training, I saw a whole group of X-country people talking to my seniors.
Oh, I came to know that the Chua Twins nearly got whack by pia kias...OMG
This is the whole story, i got it from Teng since im lazy to type out.

They were out with their friends and Brendan noticed this guy whom he thought was his friend,so he kept looking at him.Then they were walking on,and someone comes up and tap Brendan on the shoulder and said "What you staring at?".

Brendan told him he thought he was his friend,who apparently isn't -.- and apologised.But he refuses to let them go.

Bryan,the brave brother,ren wu ke ren told him "What's your problem?He already said sorry,what more do you want?You looking for trouble is it?".Wah then the guy said "My problem with you (pointing to brendan) settled.I got a problem with you (pointing to Bryan).

The guy told Bryan to call his gang while he call his.Then smart Bryan walks away and call the POLICE!Though Bryan was the first to call,his gang members arrived first.Tsk tsk tsk,inefficent police...

And the guy was like boasting,he knows martial arts,got police training all this shit.But Bryan kept his cool while Brendan was hum like dunnoe what.Then when the police came,they were like "Aye aye,let's have a little chat...".Then Bryan was like "aye take out your what police badge la" then he was like "Dont want dont want...".

Then problem resolved!Then the police so cute.They told them "
Next time,don't anyhow stare at people,ok?".
Dont judge a book by its cover!
Bryan may be small,but he has a lion's heart!
Bryan's so man!lol

I was wondering, since they were X-country people, can't they just like run away?
It turns out that there was this fat friend of theirs with them, so if they run, he die XD

This conclude the story that Gang people are humji, all talk no action, police come all zao
And, they are stupid at the same time =)

It has been 1 week and 1 day since I last posted.
Well, let me sum up what has happen these few days…

Last Tuesday, we had our second meeting with the SCGS girls!
Haha, we went to OCC and bowl!
Well, not everyone turn up. Only 2 of the girls and 3 of us turn up, plus extra yang qin.

Ok, my 1st game…
My first game was kinda average la, about 70 plus to 80 plus?
Yang Qin was OWNING, with a score of 121! AHHHHH!
Keefe was second, 99 I think.

As expected, Jon Teo lost to the girls XD

2nd game…
WOOOO, My best game!
I strike and spare like siao and was on par with keefe with yang qin lacking behind.
Keefe finished his LAST turn with 6 points ahead of me!
I was damm happy, cos victory was like one turn away, since i'll normally hit 7 pins or above XD

Ok, it’s Jon’s turn b4 mine. Out of sudden,
HE THREW THE BOWLING BALL BACKWARDS!!! LOL!!!
Everyone was laughing their heads off. But never did I expect THAT stupid move jinxed me for the rest of the day -.-

Oh, and last Saturday, Ak, Our beloved senior, came back for training after his O’s!
Haha, he’s not as fit as during nationals, but at least he survived the training!
Must say he’s quite fit!
And don’t know why, almost everyone got slaughtered during the 12x150m plus 200m.
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I actually WALK 2 of the runs for 12x150m!!
AHHHHH…

Im like 2 hours away from training, sian.
Sigh, today workout also can predict already, 20x100m, then a few sprints and after that 800m cooldown. BORED!

Recently I had this hatred for twitters, lol.
Feel like killing all the twitters in the world.

For those who don't know what's twtting,
Twitting is a kind of silly and stupid way of communication by adding an extra 'X' or 'I' in every word, and mutate a innocent word such as the word 'is' to something like 'iissh'.....WTH

I mean, why would a normal person with a right mind twit? I asked a few friends and they say maybe they find it modern, cool and cute to twit. They find normal english too plain, so they decided to be creative with their words...

Creative and Modern ?OH COME ON twit is outdated.Now standard english comes first.
I know some people may say that my english is not good, BUT AT LEAST I DON'T TWIT.
It's purely disgusting and the disgust level is doubled when boys use it -.-"
I wish someone would invent that device that allows punches to be carried out through the computer monitor.If you see someone's lappy with over-faded X, O and Z keys, you've got the license to punch her.. (or maybe him!?)

Sick.....Really sick.....

Today is like my worst day in my life. When i woke up, im still sibei tired...cannot really open the eyes. I woke up sneezing like every 5 secs interval....IM SERIOUS...
Ya know, Im not a slacker XD i insisted on going training, but got rejected, zzzzzz. I mean, if i don't go training today, it's a suicide cos I will die on WED's training...
Even though Im like sneezing every five secs, I still manage to survive...LOL
Sorry Teo, but I went to the doctor to got a MC, while drowing myself with WATER.....!!!!!

Ok, I don't know whether it's the water or the medicine, but I went for a nap and woke up still sick but better...

Oh yea, then we talk about our results. I was boasting my results while keefe is trying to action in front of me XD Then when we asked Zhen Kai about his results and his level position...
