Training. Hell or HELL?

Today was seriously a hardcore day for everyone, especially me -.-
Just recovered from fever + flu + cough + sore throat, I had to run 3 sets of 8x100m, with the resting time CUT DOWN by 10 SECS! WTH?

It was seriously hell every run. And there were also punishment if you missed the timing of 18 secs.
1st set if missed 1 run out of 8 runs, add 2 more sets, which is equal to 16 more runs!
2nd set if missed 1 run out of 8 runs, add 1 more set, which is equal to 8 more runs!
3rd set if missed gets nothing.

Anyway, I stopped for one of the run on the 3rd set. Super hiong, and i haven't even recover fully yet.

Sometimes, I really wish im still training like when im in primary school....
No pressure, no stress, and training was FUN!
That's the main thing, FUN!

Sec Sch training has LOTS of pressure, LOTS OF STRESS and is NOT FUN!
Anyone out there that join our training right now will just chicken out, and never come again..

It's crap. Been scolded over and over again because of my arm actions, but im trying VERY HARD to change this frigging habit. It needs lots of time you know! It's not like you wanna change you can change.

I seriously don't know what is happening to my track side anymore...sigh...
I really need some motivation!!!!!

Oh yea, Nathan and Teng got screwed by Teo. At least im better than them, didn't got so much shit from him today. Really pity them today...
COMON GUYS, WE CAN DO IT!!!

Ok, enough of this EMO side of me.
Today, something amazing happen to my sister!
She went home today, on HER OWN, from school!!! WTH?
Ok, she's quite a slow learner in school compared to the rest, and she is only 7, going to 8, this year! She needs to like, cross 2 main roads and needs to press the 12th floor button.
She's too short to press 12th, i don't know how she did that...
She just left her school without my grandpa, while my grandpa was like still waiting for her.
Isn't it amazing that nothing happen to her? LOL

Found this very Very VERY interesting post in some website. Forgot the link...

1. Santa’s Workload
There are two billion children in the world, but since Santa doesn’t appear to handle the Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, and Buddhist children, that reduces his workload to 15% of the total, or 300 million. At an average rate of 3.5 children per household, that’s 85.7 million homes. Santa has 31 hours of Christmas to work with, thanks to the different times zones and the rotation of the Earth, assuming he travels East to West. This works out to 767.9 visits per second. So for each household with good children, Santa has about 1/1,000th of a second to park, hop out of the sleigh, jump down the chimney, fill the stockings, distribute the presents, eat whatever snacks have been left, get back up the chimney, into the sleigh and move on to the next house.

2. The Time/Distance Factor
Assuming that these 91.8 million stops are evenly distributed around the Earth, we’re talking about .78 miles per household, a total trip of 75.5 million miles.

3. Calculation of Estimated Speed
This means that Santa’s sleigh is moving at 650 miles per second, or 3,000 times the speed of sound.

4. Santa’s Payload
Assuming that each child gets nothing more than a mdeium-size Lego set (about two pounds), the sleigh is carrying 321,300 tons, not counting Santa, who is invariably described as “heavy.” On land, normal reindeer could pull no more than 300 pounds, and even granting that flying reindeer could pull 10 times the normal amount, Santa’s going to need 214,200 reindeer to pull his sleigh. This increases the payload to 353,430 tons, or four times the weight of the “Queen Elizabeth.”

Conclusion:
A craft of 353,000 tons, traveling at 650 miles per second, creates enormous air resistance. This will heat up Mr. Claus and his sleigh, like a spacecraft re-entering Earth’s atmosphere.

Final and last conclusion:If there is a Santa, he’s a god.

We thought that we could slack since Teo's supervising the Sec 1's trials.
But nooooo, we still have to do 3 sets of 8x100m with Mr Yeong supervising. Sian.

If you think that was all, you are sooooooooooo wrong.
Teo's not happy with our run and made us run another 10x100m...T.T

Reached home with a backache, headache, ankle-ache and stomache..-.-
