I can't wait to celebrate guyz, WE SURVIVE TODAY'S TRAINING.....Guess what we do?
1st. Our normal warmup exercise, walking through 20 hurdles for 15 minutes
2nd. Normal Gym exercise which I sux in it....
3rd. 100m of "Back to School" and 100m Lunges back
This is where the "fun" start...zzzz
4th. 120m x 4 times and with a 1.50 minute rest!!! so actually, u don't get any rest at all
5th. After 5 minutes of resting, 360m !!!! CRAP!!!!
After the 360m, LACTIC ACID all over my leg, 1st time in my life i feel so pain...your leg literally vibrate, and you can't even stand.
6th. Coach ask us to walk 2 rounds, 1st round SUX cos i need to walk with my "heavy" and pain legs. 2nd round SUX EVEN MORE !!!! Cos I having calf and thigh cramp and i still need to jog..zzz ( Not only me got hor )
7th. COOLDOWN OF 400m
ZZZZ, this is today's workout, and it sux...lol. Den, i was told that the invitation race at VJC, I am taking 100m, 400m, 4 x 100m and 4 x 400m.....WTF....I literally ROFL. Damm sianz, it is gonna be a " Phyiscally Challenged " Day for me.....-.-"
