Putting on a happy face doesn't mean Im alright

Life is really unfair.

Sometimes, no matter how much effort you put it, how many times you practice on certain technique, you won't reap as much as a person who only puts in half of your effort.

No matter how much you tried to improve and maintain relationships, no matter how much you tried to do better for your studies, it still drops, and bastards often took this freaking chance to laugh and tease at you and worsen your life.

Even though you tried your very very best and you still did very badly, people will just look at the overall end result, and not how much effort you put in.
Sometimes, boot-licking is better than hardwork.
Taking the shortcut is better than running the full distance.

I have to realise this through the hard way. If I could realise this earlier, maybe I could turn things around, just maybe. Life is unfair, and everything else is falling with it.
